Applied Behavioural Analysis is a field of psychology and an approach based on applying learning theories to target specific behaviours and cognitive skills, and was the basis for the programs initiated by Ivor Lovaas to assist the development of children with Autism.

Funding

Helping Hands is a service provider recognised under the Helping Children with Autism Package. Eligible children (0 to 7 years) can receive $12,000 per year of government funding to use on early intervention services. We are FaHCSIA approved for all services we provide. Medicare rebates can also be used for psychologists, speech therapists etc, it cannot however be used for ABA therapy. For more information on funding please contact Autism Victoria.
